The Forney ISD Education Leadership Foundation recently received a donation from Krogers for $1,638.57 through the grocery store chain's Kroger Rewards Program. Through the Kroger Rewards Program, individuals who have designated the Forney ISD Education Leadership Foundation as the non-profit organization they want to support will have a percentage of their purchase go towards their non-profit organization. On a quarterly basis, Kroger presents a check to the foundation for all of the donations earned through the Kroger Rewards Program.

The Forney ISD Education Leadership Foundation earns approximately $7,000-$8,000 annually through the Kroger Rewards Program. The money generated for the foundation through the Kroger Rewards Program is used to fund student scholarships and teacher grants for Forney ISD teachers.

Krogers reports that the Forney ISD Education Leadership Foundation earns the highest amount of donations of any non-profit organization in the North Texas area through the Kroger Rewards Program.
